Welcome to Hospo, an online digital menu and restaurant management platform provided by S-Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). By registering a restaurant account or using our platform, you ("Merchant", "User", or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Service Description

Hospo provides digital QR menu rendering, a Kitchen Display System (KDS), table ordering, and billing tools. The service is provided under two tiers:

Free Tier: Free of charge. Limited to 1 active table ("Main Table"), view-only digital QR menus, and standard email support.
Pro Tier: Paid subscription ($19 NZD/month). Includes unlimited tables, customer self-ordering, real-time KDS, waiter calls, and priority support.

2. Compliance and GST

All transactions, pricing, and invoices generated on the Hospo platform are expressed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Subscriptions are subject to 15% Goods and Services Tax (GST) for NZ residents.

Merchants are solely responsible for declaring accurate pricing, allergen tags, and menu details in compliance with the Food Standards Australia New Zealand (FSANZ) regulations.

3. Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights or guarantees you have under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or the Fair Trading Act 1986, except where the service is acquired for business purposes, in which case the guarantees under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. S-Tech is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your login details. You must notify us immediately of any security breach.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, S-Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, or business interruption) arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
