#01Do my guests need to download an app?IN QUEUE
No. Guests scan the QR code on their table and the menu opens right in their browser — no app, no account, no phone number. They order, track status live, and stay completely anonymous.
#02How do payments work?IN QUEUE
Guests pay at the table when they finish — cash or your existing POS/EFTPOS terminal. Your staff confirm the payment on the dashboard with one tap. Online card payments (Stripe, Windcave) are on the roadmap.
#03Are my bills GST-compliant?IN QUEUE
Yes. Every receipt shows the subtotal, 15% GST and total in NZD, exactly as NZ law requires. Print-ready for any 80mm receipt printer via your browser.
#04How do allergen filters work?IN QUEUE
Dishes carry FSANZ-aligned tags (GF, DF, NF, VG, V). Guests filter the menu by their needs, and any allergy note prints bold on the kitchen ticket so the pass can't miss it.
#05Can I run more than one restaurant?IN QUEUE
Yes. Each venue gets its own subdomain and fully isolated data, with role-based access for operators, kitchen staff and admins. One login, the right screen for every role.
#06What happens if the Wi-Fi drops?IN QUEUE
Orders are safe on the server. Guest screens re-sync automatically every few seconds, and the kitchen display refetches the full ticket queue the moment the connection returns. Nothing is lost in the weeds.
